I just want to remind members that there will be an opportunity for questions and comments. I know this is a very important issue, as well as a very passionate issue. The hon. member is raising points of debate, not points of order. I do want to remind members to please be cordial in the House. As I indicated a while ago, this is a very sensitive matter, and I would hope that there would be respect within the House, whether individuals are supportive or not supportive of what is being said.

Again, I want to remind the hon. members that these are not points of order. They are points of debate. It is a very sensitive matter, but it is also a very important piece of legislation. I know the changes and impacts it would have are great. I just want to remind members that they will have an opportunity to ask questions and make comments.

I know it may not be the answer they are looking for, but if they wish to add to their question, they should wait until it is time for questions and comments again.
